a) Before the order to be confirmed, we should check the material & the sample.

b) We will be tracing the production from the beginning.

c) Each unqualified goods will be checked & cleaned out before packing.

d) Before delivery, QC or apoint the third party to check the quality are warm welcome.

e) We will try our best to help you if problem occurred.

3. Sale Service

a) EXW, FOB, C&F are  available .

b) UL  CUL certificates are approved .

Q: How can I get some samples?

A:Tell  us which items you want samples by email or phone;

B: Send the samples charge by paypal.

C: Samples charge will be deducted from your first order.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: For samples: within 2-3 working days!

For Bulk orders:within 7-15 working days!

For contaner orders:within 30 working days after confirmation of 30% deposit. 

Q: What is your payment term?

A: For samples: by paypal or T/T.

B: For orders: 30% deposit to confirm order production, 70% after the B/L copy.
